Bomb blast - Missing South Africans

So far 49 lives are lost in the London Bomb blast with no identification of the victims yet. Many South Africans have not yet contacted their families.
Scotland Yard reported that the identification of the bodies have been complicated by the power of the blast tearing the bodies apart.
Forensic specialists will use dental records and DNS to ID the remains. The police, with consent of the families, gather hair and other sample from the victims houses to establish the identities of the remains.
Big Brother like methods are implemented to hunt down the animals capable of such pain and destruction.  Many hours of security video's will be screened and millions of tickets from the automated gates will be checked for finger prints.
Sir Ian Blair from the Metro Police said a rise in the death toll figures is inevitable but he doubt if it will be more than a hundred.
